Invite teammates and assign roles
Owner, admin, and member roles — what each can do, and how invite emails work.
Workspaces have three roles. Owner: created the workspace, full control, can't be removed. Admin: everything except deleting the workspace and changing the owner. Member: can create, edit, and delete QR codes but can't invite teammates or change billing.
Team invites are a Business-plan feature. Open Settings → Team and click "Invite teammate". Enter the email + role. We send a branded invite email; the link is a single-use token valid for 14 days.
If the invitee already has a QRA account, clicking the link adds them to your workspace immediately. If they're new, they sign up first and then auto-accept on confirmation — no second visit needed.
You can revoke a pending invite at any time from the same page. Removing an active member doesn't delete their QR codes — those stay assigned to the workspace.
