Service

QRA provides dynamic QR codes, scan analytics, and landing pages on a subscription basis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• No malware, phishing, or content that violates applicable law in Saudi Arabia or the destination country.
• No spam scanning or automated abuse of redirect endpoints.
• You are responsible for the destinations your QR codes point to.

Plans & billing

• Subscriptions renew monthly through our payment provider. You may cancel anytime from Billing; service continues until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace becomes inactive and its QR codes stop redirecting (your data is preserved).
• Failed renewals are retried for 7 days (14 days for annual and agency plans), during which your codes stay live. After that, the workspace is deactivated and its QR codes pause until you resubscribe (your data is preserved).
• A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription. After that window, renewals and partial mid-cycle days are non-refundable. Ticket QRs that have been issued cannot be refunded. See the refund policy for full details.

Data & retention

Your data is yours. See the privacy policy for what we collect and how to export or delete it.

When a subscription ends, your codes pause (they don’t break) and your data is retained so you can return: uploaded media is kept ~30 days, then analytics and account data for 12 months of inactivity before permanent erasure; tax invoices are kept 6 years (ZATCA). Even after erasure, a printed code resolves to a neutral page rather than a dead link. Full schedule in the privacy policy.

Liability

QRA is provided as-is. We do our best to maintain uptime but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions.
