Cancel or pause your subscription

Use the Billing page to cancel — you keep your plan features until period end, after which the workspace becomes inactive and its QR codes stop redirecting (your data is preserved).

My card was declined — what happens to my QRs?

A failed renewal pauses your QRs and starts a 3-day grace window. Update your card from the Billing page or click "Retry charge now" on the banner.
