Cancel or pause your subscription
Use the Billing page to cancel — you keep your plan features until period end, then the workspace deactivates and all your QR codes stop redirecting until you resubscribe.
Open the Billing page and click "Cancel subscription" — the link sits under your current plan card. We show an inline confirmation explaining what happens next.
When you confirm, we mark your subscription as "ends at period end". You keep all your current plan features (Pro or Business limits, custom domains, team invites) until the renewal date — no proration, no surprises.
On the renewal date, your subscription ends and the workspace deactivates. All QRs in the workspace stop redirecting and show a "this QR code is paused" message to scanners. Your data (codes, slugs, analytics history) is preserved — resubscribe anytime to reactivate scanning.
Before the renewal date, click "Resume subscription" from the banner or your current plan card. We clear the cancel flag and you continue uninterrupted.
